I’m the designer behind The Deane Studio.
I create thoughtful, considered interiors that bring clarity, cohesion, and confidence to your home. My approach is grounded in real life; designing spaces that feel calm, functional, and deeply personal, without overwhelming the people living in them.
I work with clients both in-person and virtually, offering tailored interior design solutions that range from design direction and concept development through to curated room transformations and styling support.
At the heart of every project is the same intention: to help you feel at ease in your space and confident in the way it comes together.
My approach to design
I believe good design should feel natural, not complicated.
It’s not about chasing trends or creating spaces that feel too perfect to live in—it’s about understanding how you move through your home, what you need from it, and how you want it to feel every day.
My process is collaborative and considered. I take the overwhelm out of decision-making by refining choices, curating direction, and bringing everything together in a way that feels intentional and cohesive.
The result is a home that feels balanced, layered, and genuinely reflective of you.

A little more about me
I’m based in Western Australia but originally herald from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne. I love the slower pace in Perth and the unique natural landscape informs many of my design choices.
Outside of interior design, I also work as visual merchandiser and moonlight as lead vocalist in a country rock band. Life is very full and fun!
